Beautiful place and great service. I wish that they would have an English menu. The staff was helpful and the foods were really great. And I wanted to give them 5 stars in the atmosphere section but the washroom was kind of not clean.

Food, service and ambience are excellent; the smoked bonito (くんせいかつお) alone is worth the visit. My wife (from Tokyo) gives thumbs up for the sashimi and sake selection. Update June 2023: still excellent!

A shop located in an alley near the east exit of Kitasenju Station with an atmosphere that almost resembles the railroad tracks. I forgot to take a photo of the exterior, but it's a large store with 1st and 2nd floors. I sat at the cozy counter on the first floor. The restaurant was almost full as it was a weekend. A staff member came and explained the menu and was very polite. Honestly, I was satisfied with whatever I ate! I especially recommend the ``bonito tataki''. I want to eat it again♪
