I visited Goen-san, which is located in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, just a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of the Tokyo Metro from JR Kitasenju Station. I don't know if there are any places in Tokyo called Kitasenju, but it's a deep town as a bar. It's different from Asakusa, different from Akabane, and the town of Kitasenju has its own unique scent and scenery. Truly a sacred place for Nonbei. In this sacred place, there is a shop that serves toast drinks for only 5 yen. There are no stores that can sell it at this price. It's a huge impact. Next to it is the so-called "Bar Yokocho". Capacity is approximately 25 people. There are mainly table seats and a simple stove for grilling seafood and meat. There was also a wide variety of seafood to go with alcohol, such as raw oysters, fried oysters, and conger eel cream cheese dog. First, let's toast with a welcome drink of 5 yen. Just 5 yen for draft beer. Goen is exactly as the name of the store suggests. For the first welcome drink, please tell the number of customers, and from the second drink onwards, you will order by scanning the QR code. It's great that you don't have to worry about calling a store clerk or making mistakes. It's an interesting gimmick, but it's hard to pull off such a bold ``gimmick'' all the time. This store has high ratings on almost all rating sites. I instantly understood why. The appetizer is a rare oyster soup soup. It's filled with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and soaked in the oyster soup. This is also elegant. Ask the staff about their recommendation: Cheese Ranran with mentaiko sauce for 690 yen. It's a fairly large omelette, soft and half-cooked, and delicious. I ordered silken tofu sesame dressing salad for 780 yen. The plate wasn't very big, but it came in heaps. There's plenty of dressing, too, and this colorful vegetable is a delight for customers looking for snacks. Fried oysters are easy to make and delicious as they are made with seafood. They have a particularly good selection of whiskies, and I ordered Hibiki on the rocks to try it out. A tremendous amount. Even though I've been drinking all over the country, I've never come across a restaurant that serves this much Hibiki for just 1,000 yen. It's absolutely amazing. It's that unmistakable "Hibiki" taste. Most of the so-called premium whiskeys are available and the prices are low. Moreover, the way it was poured was unusual. If it's Hibiki's rock music, it wouldn't be strange to pay 2,000 yen for a glass of this amount. Many of the staff members are friendly and polite when it comes to customer service. It's not a restaurant with a luxurious atmosphere, but the food is cheap and the service is excellent. I apologize for bothering you again. Thank you.

I was looking for a restaurant that allows smoking in Kitasenju and found this restaurant! ! When I entered the store, I was shocked to find that the first drink was only 5 yen! The appetizer is made with oyster soup stock and goes perfectly with alcohol ✌︎ Every dish was delicious! My favorite is the grilled edamame! What is grilled edamame? I ordered it! Once I started eating it, I couldn't stop eating it lol Sorry for half-eating. All the dishes were voluminous and great ✌︎

I was looking for a store in Kitasenju, and I think I found a good one! The starting drink is an amazing 5 yen!
