More Comments at Google MapHigh quality light ramen. Definitely worth stopping by for lunch if visiting the nearby Yanaka Ginza. Salt and Soy ramen both at a very high level.
I had lunch at a beautiful ramen restaurant near Dango Sakashita. I purchased the Ajitama Soy Sauce Ramen for 950 yen from the ticket vending machine next to the entrance. I sat down at an empty counter seat, handed over my ticket and waited, and after a short wait my bowl arrived. The soup is made with chicken broth and has a good balance with the richness of the chicken oil, the flavor of the chicken, and just the right amount of soy sauce. The noodles are straight noodles with a low water content. It has a crunchy texture and is delicious. Although it was served in a small bowl, there was plenty of noodles in it, so it was quite filling. The char siu chicken and pork shoulder loin are a little thin, but each one is delicious at a high level. The flavored egg also had a nice rich yolk.
For lunch, we visited "Mendokoro Shinobu" in Sendagi for the first time. Purchase ``Special Kelp Water Tsukemen'' from the ticket vending machine, sit at the counter, and hand the ticket to the clerk. The soup was light with soy sauce, but had a deep flavor. The noodles are chewy and go well with the soup. The large menma was soft, and the two types of chashu pork and chicken were also delicious, and the whole thing was delicious.
