Great vibe with small but diverse menu options. Super friendly staff with English menu option. Tap beer and good range of sake. Japanese beef was a standout dish for me. Highly recommended.

Great food! Lots of delicious vegetables, local specialities, and some great meat as well. The restaurant has a terrific atmosphere and the staff is all very friendly and approachable. They also have an English menu, and a very nice waitress eager to speak English. I will definitely visit here again next time I come to Kyoto.

Modern take on Izakaya staple dishes. The Tempura Prawns and Beef were absolute standouts. Staff were friendly and very engaging. Will be back for sure.
