The combination of a master who likes fishing and is familiar with fish and a store clerk who is familiar with sake is very good and I always enjoy using it. The sashimi was fresh and thick, there was a wide variety, the meat was tender, and the tempura was all crispy...I was really impressed with how delicious it all was! From the seasoning to the presentation, everything was of a high standard and it was a luxurious time. It's a bliss to be able to eat the fish that the master caught himself (^^)! Also, the hospitality of the master and other staff was excellent. A staff member with a sake diploma was on hand to give us detailed information and recommend alcoholic beverages to suit our tastes and meals.
