Delicious Black Tail Stew! Go for the XL. Sake is great and you have small entries coming with your drinks.

An izakaya located on Otesuji, Fushimi's main shopping street. The interior of the store has a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. When I entered the store wanting to try the recommended tail stew, I was greeted with a number of tempting menu items. Yakitori that is skewered in the store and grilled over charcoal, fried chicken, grilled mentaiko and chicken kim cheese that are great as snacks, all delicious and go well with alcohol. The main dish, the boiled tail, is a signature dish! The beef tail, which has been stewed until soft, combines with the miso-based soup stock to create an outstanding flavor. Even more delicious with homemade black shichimi!! I'm looking forward to the curry and udon noodles at the end using this soup stock, and I'm looking forward to the next time, and I was able to finish the meal feeling full and satisfied. As a sake lover, I'm happy that local sake is also on the menu, which is typical of a Fushimi izakaya. Even people who don't like alcohol are easy to invite because the food is delicious. It was a good store with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. It was a store that I would like to visit again.
