Kyoto, Japan｜Ichirobe

I really want to eat monjayaki in Kyoto! So, I ate at Ichirobe. This time it's unusual for seafood monja and monjayaki? I ordered the Carbonara Monja. The store clerk kindly taught me how to bake it, and even an amateur was able to make monjayaki well. Both were delicious and very satisfying. There were many other peperoncino monja and standard monja, so I want to come back for another meal.

The inside of the store was clean and well-cleaned, and the background music was devised to match the atmosphere. The owner seems to have been replaced by a young person, and he was working hard in a hot kitchen. The okonomiyaki is served late, but when I asked about it, I got the impression that they put a lot of time and effort into their preparation. When ordering okonomiyaki, I personally recommend ordering one item or yakisoba at the same time. Access is relatively good, so how about when you are interested?

This was my first visit since I moved nearby. The exterior and interior of the store looks really nice. The taste was also satisfying! The first thing is that the owner is young but dignified! It was a fun time thank you!
