Searched for an Izakaya with good ratings around the area. It’s 9 mins walk from my hotel and this Izakaya did not disappoint. Food is so good, staffs are very attentive and very nice. Oniisan even gave me an Umaibo as present. 10/10! One of my birthday trip highlights! ☺️

We popped in as we returned home late to our AirBnB and was feeling rather hungry. We were welcomed in and given a QR code that allowed us to access their menu and place our orders. The drinks and food arrived quickly and were very good, we mostly got Whisky Highballs and various types of meat skewers. This is really not a bad spot to find yourself in after a long night out and about in Kyoto.

Cute little izakaya with good vibes. As English speakers it was good to be able to order off a QR menu with english translation, we did still need to use google translate for a few menu items. I loved being able to see what into the kitchen. Drinks were cold and food was delicious. Karaage and lotus flower chips were amazing. Would come again! P.s. don't touch the veg out the front, it is actually their stock :)
