It changed from an oden shop to an izakaya serving beef offal skewers! The staff had been replaced, but the manager was the one who came to the oden shop and became the new manager. I had a delicious skewer. In addition to skewers, Yamashina also has offal sashimi, which is rare, and I would like to enjoy it again.
