Kyoto, Japan｜Ichiya

Although it is written as an izakaya, it is close to a small restaurant. Kyoto-like cutting, presentation, fineness, and well-presented dishes were all wonderful.

It is a system where you take off your shoes and put them in the shoe rack yourself. Two people used it, but the other table was vacant, but they passed through the counter, and one drink per person. I don't drink alcohol, so I had no choice but to order a soft drink called Biwamin. I asked for snacks, meat dishes, fish dishes, and 〆, but everything was delicious.

The food is authentic and stimulates your senses of taste and smell. Finally spicy soba.
