Kyoto, Japan｜Sanmaru

Great little Izakaya with mostly locals. The place has a few counter seats and tatami seats for groups. We were greeted by a very nice owner and the food was delicious. Beer was good too! We got to chat with the owner who was very delighted we went to his restaurant.

This was my first visit, and the price was low, so I was excited to see what they made! Great taste and volume! When I spoke to the staff at the store, they were very friendly.

The fried chicken was also very delicious.
