This is one of the most under rated standing (with sitting available) bar in the area. Food are served fast. Most of the izakaya in the area required prior reservations, but if you take a peek in them you will realized they are half empty most of the time as they were locked by their local reservation. This izakaya is good with walk in customers.

This is the first restaurant I ate when I came to Kyoto. I just entered it randomly...I didn't expect it to be the best restaurant in the four or five days I've been here! I have been to many shops with high ratings on Xiaohongshu and Google map. I don’t know why I don’t think they are so delicious, and they are also expensive... I can't read Japanese in this store, so I ordered four dishes at random, the sashimi and raw egg dish was amazing! I don't like to eat raw, but it's really delicious, and I'm overwhelmed by it. And fried tofu! The soup in it is perfect! Grilled mushrooms and grilled fish are also good, but I personally don't like fish. Four dishes and a glass of wine only cost 1800, which is the most cost-effective meal I ate in Kyoto. I just don’t like to write Xiaohongshu, otherwise I want to push it to all the tourists who come to play~
