Amazing staff, fantastic food, awesome atmosphere. My husband and I came in for supper on our first night in Kyoto because the izakaya was close to our hotel, and we came back the next night because it was so great the first time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so patient with us as we fumbled through our Japanese. If we ever get back to Kyoto, we will be coming back!
