Kyoto, Japan｜Kiharu

No matter you choose any other restaurant or izakaya, the Kiharu木春 is my 1st choice in Kyoto. It’s my home izakaya. “Welcome back home” saying from chef master. We really happy to back Kiharu, and my wife said here is our must-come izakaya. It’s nothing changed. The best friends are there with delicious meals and sake, I thought that’s the paradise. Talking until store closed. How would you plan your next trip in Kyoto? My first choice is still back to home. See you later 👋

I've been coming back to Kiharu for years, what a treat every time! Last time we went, we were served a corn tempura which absolutely blew us away. The nasu dengaku from a couple years back now (I wanna say 2015) was also a standout - so silky and delicious miso sauce. Always great ingredients and preparation. Also, the best chef and host- Taisho!

Amazing!! Ask for omakase. Vegetables mostly, but incredible.
