[Reliably good small restaurant] A couple of juniors from my company days are half living in a villa in Kyoto, and they sometimes invite me because they found a good shop. Even if there is no special feeling this time, it is a good shop. Bustling with locals. In Kyoto, you can relax and enjoy small dishes without worrying about it. After making a toast with barley shochu mixed with soda, From the appetizer... "Hyayakko with shiso leaves and chopped green onions" is refreshing. Since there were four of us, we each ordered two dishes. "Sesame tofu (638 yen including tax)"... Unlike the sesame tofu I had imagined, it is a sticky type. "Small sweetfish tempura with vinegar sauce (936 yen including tax)"... You have to eat sweetfish from Kyoto in the summer. The bitterness of the liver is also refreshing and delicious. “Kuzuni of winter melon and deep-fried tofu (660 yen including tax)”… Piping hot kudzu. A warm taste. “Barracuda yuzuka-yaki (858 yen including tax)”…normally delicious “Manganji Chili Pepper Grilled (748 yen including tax)” is a soy sauce-flavored dish with plenty of bonito flakes that will not disappoint. Properly delicious. “Eel and burdock Yanagawa (1,100 yen including tax)”…They are simmered in a hot pot and delivered. Yanagawa uses a slightly sweet dashi stock that does not disappoint. The texture of burdock is crunchy and delicious. "Aji no Kosode Sushi (1100 yen including tax)": Real Japanese pepper is sandwiched between the sushi to give it a good flavor. I was at a loss for a dish to finish off with ayu chazuke, but this was refreshingly delicious. Drink and eat for less than 5,000 yen per person. Sometimes it's nice to eat at a great restaurant, but for some reason, I'm usually happy when I'm at a restaurant like this.

I always look forward to the seared puffer fish, grilled yellowtail, shrimp and lily bulb tempura, wild vegetable tempura, grilled sea bream with yuzu flavor, young sweetfish in vinegar, and heshiko chazuke of puffer fish roe.

Every dish was of a very good quality. I want to eat the whole menu. There are not many kinds of alcohol, but there are 6 or 7 kinds of good feeling. The price is too cheap if you can enjoy this dish at about 5000 yen / person. I definitely want to visit again when I go to Kyoto next time.
