I randomly walked in here on a Thursday night looking for some quick bite alone. I was really pleasantly surprised by how good the chicken is here! I got the simple set for dinner. The meat is so tender, skin is so light and crispy and the environment is relaxed and cozy. The chicken skewer was really mindblowing. They don't speak english well here but there is an English menu and the staff is friendly. And you can always use google translate. Most importantly, it is really affordable and not a tourist trap!

A chicken specialty izakaya. We got the recommended set for three people. I enjoyed the selection of non-alcoholic drinks and the fried chicken in particular was the best I have ever eaten, savory and juicy and crispy all at once. I hope to come again just to taste it one more time.

Each dish is created by an artisan chef, so you can enjoy the unique twist. I'm also happy that the chicken soup comes out prominently. It's fun to think outside the box, like the fried tofu, which has four pieces of tofu topped with different condiments, and the oyakodon, which uses Kujo green onions instead of onions. Recommended.
