Come here. This was one of the best restaurants we tried in Japan. The place looks traditional, and from the prices you wouldn’t expect what comes out of the kitchen: a delicacy. I would gladly pay 3 times for the food, it was THAT good. Highly recommend the Slightly Grilled Beef and the Vegetables Tempura.

Great place next to the Imperial Palace that serves no frills set lunches.
