Great neighborhood standing bar with an exceptional sake list, kind service, good food fairly priced. My #1 place near my home by far. Try the kushikatsu and sakes from across Japan. English menu, too.

This is a bar that serves mainly kushiage (food skewers) dishes alongside a variety of Japanese sakes. The food and drinks are great, and the bar gives out a cozy vibe that makes you feel at home. This bar is easily accessible, about 5 minutes walk from the nearest train station. Closes relatively late at about 11pm (compared to most Japanese restaurants). Highly recommended place for a dinner or even for quick snacks.
