The rice can be a little firm, the miso soup can be mildly seasoned, and the tofu can be eaten without soy sauce, so you can feel the soft soybean taste. It's the most important steak, but you can definitely feel the difference in the size of about 70g, and it's kiln-baked, so the surface is fragrant and the inside is moist and very delicious. By the way, if you are a member of the Star Shokudo app, you can get a glass of wine for 199 yen at any time, so it's a great deal. I got red wine, but it was cabeso, it was delicious normally.
