The owner is super nice and the food is super good. I enjoyed Niigata sake (which is good), very fresh and delicious sashimi, salted ginna, grilled sweet potatoes + chestnut (which is in season now). Grilled rice ball and hot tea are super tasty to wrap up. I love it

We had the absolute best time at Kiku. The host and his daughter were delightful, helpful and kind. We ate delicious food (tempura, meat, fish, fried rice, noodles, tofu soup) for a reasonable price. The menu is suitable for vegetarians. If you are in the area, you must visit Kiku! Remember to make a reservation by calling in advance.

Great place for men gathering! Very traditional and local!
