I want to eat motsunabe in Yamashina, Kyoto! Then Kamehachi! Within a 5-minute walk from Yamashina Station. Personally, I recommend white soup over soy sauce soup! And horse meat and cherry blossom yukhoe are also recommended for those who love horses.

I'm addicted to the Kyoto Motsunabe (white). The dashi stock using white miso is sweet. Don't forget to add the dashi stock as you will end up drinking it. Vegetables are delicious anyway
