I used it for dinner yesterday. It was in a very convenient location, just a 2-3 minute walk from the station. All the dishes were very delicious and satisfying. The service from the store staff was excellent, and both the store manager and part-time worker provided pleasant customer service! I plan to use it again!

I went to GW. As the previous person wrote, it was quite crowded and the items I ordered didn't arrive easily, but customers kept coming in one after another and the staff was literally running around to help. However, all the staff members were always smiling and serving customers, which made me feel good. I think it's unavoidable to be a little late when it's that crowded, but you can tell from the store manager and all the staff that they try to provide courteous customer service, so just by looking at them. I don't think it would be that unpleasant. The creative oden was as expected and all were excellent. The shrimp shinjo in particular was fluffy and the edamame sauce was a nice accent, making it a flavorful dish that looked like something you'd see in a kaiseki meal. I like the rich flavor of the radish in the porcini sauce, which is a little different from other restaurants. The eggs are half-boiled, which I think is unusual for oden. Since you are heating soft-boiled eggs, if you warm them too much, they will become hard-boiled, and I think it is unavoidable that the eggs will turn out to be white, but I don't think the previous poster understands this.
