One day in December, there was a “red out” for the first time in a long time. Red dashi used to be a standard menu item, but red dashi has disappeared... Once you see the process of making it, you'll definitely want it. Grill a large amount of fish! The soup that is boiled and made with stock is the best. There's no way you can do it at home! I want it to go back to the huge amount and the standard. There aren't many izakayas where you can say that the food is carefully prepared and has a good taste, but this is the case here. The Japanese sake is mainly local sake, the beers are Sapporo-type, sours made with seasonal fresh citrus fruits, and a huge highball, which is my favorite, and we have a selection that shows what the owner likes to drink. Good for drinkers and gluttons. Kushiage of kakuni and lotus root are seasoned and delicious, fava bean and ginkgo skewers give you a sense of the season, and although they are rarely available, the milt sashimi is the best when eaten with ponzu sauce!

First visit. I've been wondering about it for a long time, but I couldn't go, and finally I was able to go on the day of the end of the year. I thought it would be a nuisance with children, but they kindly agreed to make a reservation on the day, and they were able to accommodate me in a spacious tatami room. I haven't eaten out once because of the corona sickness, but the draft beer I drank after a long time was so delicious that I was impressed by the deliciousness of all the dishes that came out. Especially chicken tempura and mullet milt were really delicious and surprised. I'm sorry that I visited with my child on a busy day, but I definitely want to go again when I'm free. A popular kushikatsu restaurant. Almost anything I eat is good. There are various types of sake as well. It's also great that they have a wide variety of freshly squeezed sours. Surprisingly, many of the customers are women. When I went there the other day, all the female customers were beautiful. by chance? lol.
