I visited during dinner time. Although we don't have as many dishes as chain restaurants, the menu has a wide variety of seafood and meat, and is delicious. What can I say, landlady? The customer service was attentive, considerate, and personable, and even the first-time customers were able to enjoy their meal comfortably. When I ordered cold sake, I was offered two types of dry sake, and when I chose one, they offered me a taste of the other one as well. (Both were delicious and I ordered both.) Apparently they recently introduced an "oxygen capsule" and you can try it out. If it were nearby, I'd make it my go-to place, but when I'm in the area, I definitely want to stop by these 5★ stores.

Katsutoji set meal for lunch The cutlet was cut into bite-sized pieces and had a lot of flavor. Above all, I was impressed by the energetic and friendly customer service. I feel like the true value is even more apparent when you're at an izakaya at night. I will go again.

First visit for lunch. I ordered miso ramen (¥700) + fried chicken rice set (¥200) + raw egg (free). Very satisfied with the speed of delivery, taste, and price. Above all, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the customer service of the staff (the wife of the husband-and-wife business?) was the best of any restaurant I've ever been to. Friendly and considerate. I dropped my chopsticks while I was eating, but when I heard the sound of the drop, he immediately reacted and brought me a replacement pair without having to call. It was so perfect that I started to question what he had done in his previous job, or even his occupation from his previous life. I usually have lunch at home, but today I happened to not have any ingredients, so I stopped by, but I was so satisfied that from now on, I'd like to intentionally run out of ingredients and give myself a reason to stop by, haha.
