Today, I'm relaxing at Uoki-san's. There's always someone at the counter, so you don't have to worry. The customer base is good, so you can enjoy drinking there. We had cold tofu, loquat trout sashimi, grilled trout, and Kyoto raw gluten with miso fondue. When there is no yuzu in it, it is written as yuan-yaki. I learned a lot.

A friend of mine took me there. Unlike the chain izakayas in the area, this is one of the few places where adults can enjoy a quiet drink. The food is authentic and there are private rooms, so I think it's a good place for businessmen to go for entertainment. However, it's not that the price is high, and it seems like you can stop by for a while on the way home and use it for a while. It has the feel of a classy izakaya that the main characters often go to in TV dramas, and it's a restaurant that you'll want to go to again.

I've been there twice, and every dish is delicious with a twist. I think it is irresistible for Japanese sake lovers.
