Yuzu is the signature. One of the ingredients in most of the menus contain yuzu. Best.

This izakaya was amazing! The staff was quick to help, and everything we ate was incredible. Every single item on the menu includes yuzu, but it was never too much. Some things would surprise you if you didn’t already know there was yuzu included! It’s all you can eat and drink after a reservation, but if you don’t speak Japanese, just be aware they only have the drink Menu in English, not the food menu. If you can’t read the Japanese menu or have someone with you who can, this is the perfect place to eat and drink!

Great food (you have to like yuzu, because it's in everything) and strong drinks. The accommodations are great, and the staff is very friendly. What else can your ask for?
