Osaka, Japan｜Kairiki-ya at Abiko

Ordered a set of soy sauce ramen and fried rice for lunch. I think everyone has different tastes, but...the soy sauce ramen has a very punchy flavor and the thin noodles intertwine and are delicious. More than that, the fried rice was exquisite and had a strong taste that I liked. All the staff were young in the kitchen and in the hall. There seemed to be little attention to detail. The taste is delicious, so I would like to use it again when I go nearby.

I had a limited edition dandan noodles. There was plenty of mizuna and white haired green onions. The soup may be light and a little more rich. The soft-boiled egg was very delicious with excellent fire condition. I like dandan noodles and often eat them elsewhere. Minced meat tends to remain in the soup, but this minced meat is thick and doesn't fall apart easily, so I was able to eat it cleanly without leaving any residue in the soup. I was impressed by how well thought out it was. The customer service is pleasant, and the time from ordering to serving is short, so it is very helpful.

It was my first time visiting. On my way back from visiting my company's branch, I saw a familiar signboard and was drawn to it (lol) I have been using the store in my neighborhood many times, so my expectations were high. Dandan noodles are available for a limited time only, so don't hesitate to choose! Furthermore, even if the fried rice was half price, I would order the regular size. However, I regret that I should have ordered a larger portion for the same price... The gray green onions and mizuna are crunchy and I finished it in no time. It was very delicious. I'll visit you again!
