Well, this was the second time I had eaten at this restaurant that day, and since it was about to close, many items were out of stock, so I ordered a light order. Sashimi assortment of 6 types 1380 yen x 3 servings At the maximum, you can have 11 different types, but on this day there were only 6 types. Hokkaido Ginkgo, Saga Tiger Fugu Tessa, Miyagi Densuke Conger! And medium fatty tuna, bigfin squid, and flounder. The fatty ginkgo is quickly grilled to bring out its flavor. Serve the tiger blowfish with the parboiled meat. Plum meat for Densuke conger eel. I was impressed not only by the quality of the material, but also by the ingenuity that was put into each piece. Romanesco tempura 480 yen Rare Romanesco tempura. It's fluffy, not addictive, and has a sweetness like cauliflower. Mushroom pasta 1200 yen Pasta to finish. There are so many types that I'm confused, but I'm going with the famous mushroom. The rich flavor of the mushroom sauce is irresistible. It's simple, but it lacks depth. I'm really full, but I want to go to the first restaurant next time.

As someone from Nara, I was surprised by the large number of items on the menu. It was more than enough to please my palate. I need money.
