This restaurant is attached to the first floor of the APA hotel. There are no restrooms inside the store, so you have to go to the hotel. You choose your main plate from two daily specials, and the rest is buffet style. In addition to a few Japanese-style side dishes, the main dish is tofu, so you can eat as much silken tofu as you want. Miso soup is also available, so I think you can add tofu in addition to seaweed and green onions. The most fun part is the pulled yuba. It's fun to watch the film grow. Naturally, the drink lineup includes soy milk. Of course there are other drinks as well. Lunch costs less than 1,000 yen, so it's a buffet with high cost performance.
