Osaka, Japan｜Sakana to Nihon no Osake Muku

Wonderful experience in April 2023 as a solo traveler not speaking Japanese. I abandoned myself to their recommendations. Drank various Sake and ate several small delicious dishes (Bonito; wasabi leaves in soy sauce; some kind of fish ball; pork steak; layered egg) cooked right in front of me by an incredible chef in a tiny kitchen. Staff were super friendly and I got chatting to local regulars. The evening ended with selfies with staff and locals. A very memorable meal for about 5000 yen and a highlight of my trip to Japan.

Omakase course is ¥2,000! +90 minutes all-you-can-drink for ¥2,000! ! The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. Regulars are also friendly. It's the best if you get stuck. However, I think there are people who want to drink quietly and slowly, so that's it.

I had a side dish lunch with plenty of vegetables for 850 yen. Every day, elaborate dishes are served for lunch. It tastes pretty good too! I want to come again at night.
