To say the least...I love it! ! ! ! A shop I learned about from an acquaintance. I tried attacking it with no success when I was on a business trip. There was only one seat available at the counter, so I entered. The interior is very modern, and the sake lineup is extensive and reasonably priced. Fresh and different from the selection at stores in Tokyo! We mainly had sake from Fukui, such as the master's Seoul sake. Most of the ate is handmade by the master, and the assortment of delicacies is a great value. Rather than having the sophisticated feel of a Japanese restaurant, it feels like they are researching the best pairings to go with sake, and the drinks go well 😊 This is a restaurant that makes me feel happy and happy that I found a really good restaurant. It was so nice that I definitely want to go there on my next business trip. It's near Tenmangu Shrine, so it might be a good idea to just visit and have a drink.
