Osaka, Japan｜Izakaya Joppari

The best izakaya we’ve had in Japan. We managed to get by with no English menu and used google translate - the host speaks some English and was super friendly and helpful. We had excellent sake from the Aomori prefecture. Food was delicious; gyoza, ham katsu, miso scallop and pork rib were all excellent. Hope we have time to come back. We had 7 drinks and total was under 7000 yen.

Amazing small restaurant with friendly hosts. Everything we tried was really ice and the selection of different Sake makes really a difference. No English menu available and only cash payment. We will sure come again though.

The food was great and the service very kind. We ordered several different dishes and they were all delicious!
