The quality of the ingredients is very high, and even though it's a bar, the rice is extremely delicious. I definitely recommend eating rice. Of course, basically anything other than rice is extremely delicious. It's fun to have delicacies like Heshiko and Shuto. The variety of alcoholic beverages is generally poor, but there are especially many types of sake and shochu. Sake can be drunk from 80ml in a usuhari glass, so you can easily try various brands, and even if you make the wrong choice, you can manage it. The types of sake change every time I go, so I don't think I'll ever get bored. You can feel the owner's commitment to sake, as the shochu is also served with ``mae-wari,'' in which the shochu is diluted with water beforehand. It's a compact shop with counter seats and tables, but even if you go alone, it's okay if you talk to the owner, so I think it's comfortable. However, the location is too confusing and it's too difficult to enter at first glance, so it's best to go in without fear. It gets very crowded on busy days, so it's best to call ahead to check availability or make a reservation. Of course, if you eat and drink a lot, it will cost you a lot, but I think the alcohol is reasonably priced, so you can enjoy it according to your budget.
