Osaka, Japan｜Nikjiru-gyoza Taishu-sakaba Pitari

Stumbled upon this cozy restaurant as it was one of the few places open after landing in Osaka, and I was not disappointed. The dumplings, the soup, the omelette were all delicious! And reasonably priced, it was under 1300 yen. The staff didn’t speak much English but they were really friendly and we managed. The only negative was people were smoking inside, which shocked me at first but I guess that’s allowed in Japan. Who knew. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed it and I would come back!

Great place and the best dumplings I have ever eaten!

Top spot! We had an amazing time! Staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to S (lovely lady who looked after us). Food was delicious! Tried beef tripe for the first time (a gift from two lovely patrons) and we were pleasantly surprised - oishii! We were welcomed and chatted with friendly local patrons - cheers Itoh and Hara! We felt like it was our local back at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
