The ultimate in ecstasy, woven together by the master's musicality and a huge menu of dishes that will hit your every itch. I don't know of any other restaurant in the area that uses cascading spices as skillfully as this one.

An izakaya with only a counter located in an alley in the downtown area. The master has an unusual background as a jazz band member and former food worker. The restaurant also sells the delicious Kumamoto rice shochu "Fujiku", which is the origin of the store's name. This is a mysterious space where even first-time customers can enjoy friendly conversations with the master and other customers and enjoy world-class cuisine. The menu has been carefully thought out and is both delicious and reasonably priced. We get excited about music, food, and stories about foreign countries.
