Suita, Osaka, Japan｜Kushiro

This is the restaurant that completely changed the image of Osaka's kushiage. Sit at the beautiful granite counter and eat skewers in courses. A style in which sauces and salt are arranged in order on individual plates, and the skewers are dipped in the sauce that matches them. It's so delicious that I can't wait to finish the course, so I decided to add more.

I went to Osaka for work, and I wanted to eat kushiage because it was something Osaka-like. It was a course with ochazuke for 3300 yen, but the quality of each item was high, and I felt that it would be twice as much in Tokyo. It is a highly recommended shop.
