Very nice staff, good service, delicious food! This place is great! Just take warm clothes in winter!
・New stall ramen + half-boiled egg + grilled pork belly ・Golden grilled chicken bowl The store was set up in a prefabricated building and a temporary tent in the parking lot of a used book market in Tondabayashi City. The soup has a soy sauce flavor that combines chicken stock, seafood/kelp stock, and soy sauce sauce. Although it is made with no chemical seasonings, it does not have the unsatisfying feeling that is typical of non-made flavored food. The chicken stock, which has been thoroughly cooked until it becomes slightly cloudy, and the above soup stock combine to give it a deep flavor and richness, making it light and refreshing. However, the soup was satisfying and delicious. The soup contains a small amount of yuzu pieces, which is a nice accent, and if you add too much yuzu, it will dominate the flavor, so I think this amount is the correct answer. When collecting your meal ticket, you will be asked if you want yuzu, so you can choose to leave it out altogether. The noodles are flat and chewy, smooth and go down smoothly. The chicken char siew was the type that fell apart easily and the meat had a good flavor. The boiled egg has a very rich seasoning, and you can almost eat it as a whole meal. There is a text on how to eat the roasted rice bowl, and it recommends eating it the TKG way by adding the soy sauce provided, so I ate it as instructed and it was delicious. Even though it's called a food stall, the ramen is just like that at a specialty restaurant. It may seem hot in the summer, but on the contrary, piping hot ramen tastes even better in the cold winter. Thanks for the meal.
