Amazing view from the 38th floor, great food, very kind service and affordable price. An absolute must go in Osaka!

The greatest place to see Osaka’s night view. Also staffs were very kind especially the female staff she was so nice(even my father gave her a tip lol) Food quality was pretty great especially Yakisoba was so nice that I want to recommend it.
