The potato salad is unique ☺️ You can look forward to seeing what comes out when you crack open the inside. Conger eel tempura, dashimaki tamago, horse sashimi, and chewy fresh charcoal-grilled chicken. Everything was of high quality and very delicious. The atmosphere inside the store was also nice.

I found it in the middle of the Miyuki-dori shopping street, which has become a shuttered street in front of Hanaten Station. Too luxurious for me. Ah, I thought it had potato salad on it, so I ate it, and it turned out to be crab🦀. Starting with raw shirasu, salmon, bonito, amberjack? What else? Oh, firefly squid, eyes and cartilage were taken (although it may be natural for a shop), and I was able to enjoy a lot of lively seafood that was pleasing to look at. It looks like an izakaya at night, but I thought it would be nice to have the opportunity to go there once.

I went there from 19:00 on weekdays, but it is crowded with people. It seems to be a popular menu that is reflected in the photo, and it was sold out after ordering.
