The two store clerks (sorry if it was the store manager) were perfect. Used by a family of 4 on a Friday evening in mid-February 2023. While I was meeting up with my wife after work, I brought my two children to the store first. Both of my children were still young, but when I saw them, 1) they immediately showed me to the tatami room, and 2) I expected them to make a mess, so in addition to the towels I had prepared, I For being the first to give me twice as many towels, and for 3) collecting the finished dishes and garbage every time I brought in an order. ④ I timed it to coincide with my wife's arrival and ordered a draft beer to go along with my child's additional drink.The child's drink was brought right away, and my wife's draft beer was delivered smoothly just in time for my wife's arrival. What you brought ⑤When my wife arrived, before I spoke to her, she asked me, ``Are you with me?'' ” and guided me to my seat (apparently, according to my wife). Both of them looked cute, but their smiles, attentiveness, and courtesy were perfect, and even though I had a small child with me, I was able to have a stress-free meal time with them. Looking at past posts, there seem to be some negative reviews regarding customer service, so I don't know if things have improved or if the staff has been replaced, but the young female staff member who served me when I visited... The customer service of these two people was impressive.
