We had dinner. All of the dishes were delicious, with gentle flavors that didn't use any additives, and that brought out the natural flavors of the carefully selected ingredients. The location is right in front of the station, so it's easy to get to, so I'd like to visit again.

Thai stew...The small scales were carefully removed, and the odor was also thoroughly removed. The fish meat was also soft and easy to flake. The broth was dark in color and I thought it would have a strong soy sauce flavor, but it had just the right balance and flavor, and I felt like I could enjoy drinking alcohol just with the broth. It was my first time to eat grilled stonefish. It tasted similar to sea bream and was delicious. Shrimp and abalone in vinegar...more luxurious than the price. When you hear vinegared food, you think of it as sour, but the sourness is modest, and it may be kelp? I felt the flavor of the soup stock. I think it would be delicious even if you mix a little hot sake into this soup stock and use it as a soup stock lol Firefly squid tempura...Boiled or vinegared dishes are standard, but tempura was unusual. I simply tasted it with lemon and salt, so I was able to enjoy the unique aroma and umami of the liver of firefly squid.

An izakaya full of locality and Panasonic. The food is delicious. There are various types of Japanese sake and fruit wines.
