If you are looking for Japanese izakaya, Kiesen will not disappoint. I would say seafood is their main forte but they have other non seafood options as well and boy it’s good. Go with your friends, split the bill and share what you order and try to enjoy many varieties of food they have. I guarantee you anything that you order will be super awesome. I’m trying to convince the owner to open one up here in US. If you get a chance, order the egg. It’s heavenly.

Almost full for Friday. Order rolled eggs before drinks! Dashi rolled eggs are fluffy and delicious, so I ask every time. It takes about 30 minutes to come out. Cheers with assorted sashimi while waiting🍻 Tuna, yellowtail, octopus, salmon, turban shell. Also, all the daily specials in a small bowl are devised and delicious. Every time, the chef's service is a large fatty tuna with the finest fat, which fills your mouth with happiness and makes you want to drink more. No matter what dish you order, it's definitely delicious and there's no loss. The only disappointing thing today was that I ordered before the sake ran out, but it didn't come for about 10 minutes. After talking to the store clerk and waiting for about 5 minutes, it finally came. It might be a good idea to ask early when it seems to be busy with full seats. All the staff were very considerate, and it was great that they talked to me about the situation around me.

The other day, I went to her birthday celebration, and she was very happy with the freshness of the fish, the taste of the food, and the beautiful presentation🥰🥰The atmosphere of the shop was also good, above all.
