Kyoto, Japan｜Kotogase Chaya

Kinda cute floating restaurant serving tourists paddling in the river. The price is surely expensive for the food quality and portion but suitable for location. Fun experience getting the boat approaching the restaurant!

We found this restaurant on our walk along the river. We stopped by for a beer and watched the many boats go by at dusk. The ladies were super kind. It was lovely taking our shoes off to sit at the tables while taking in the views.

Great spot for tea break owned by lovely grandmas. You can take a boat from other side of the river to get here and have little adventure:)
