More Comments at Google MapThis was my first visit to the store after its relocation. I have been patronizing you for over 30 years since the previous location. This time, I ordered gyoza, fried chicken, and the must-have fried rice (large). I'm very satisfied with the taste, volume, and price. The food you can enjoy in a somewhat nostalgic Showa era atmosphere is always delicious, and even in these rapidly changing times, this is a very relaxing place that will satisfy your appetite without changing.
It seemed like they had a hard time dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. Even now, they offer a large amount of food at a low price. It was very delicious.
I stopped by on my way home from Okadera. This is my first visit in about two years. Last time I ordered curry fried rice (large) and felt a sense of despair due to the large amount. I entered the store near the opening time, but there were already several people in the store. At the entrance of the shop, there is a notice saying "The shop will be closed on May 11th." It is an old building that stands out even in the vicinity, so I'm convinced that "I see." This time I ordered fried rice (small) and chicken tempura (boneless version of fried chicken). By noon, the place was almost full. I also came out to share a seat. As mentioned in other reviews, the food is slow to come out after ordering. The order in which the customers entered the store and the order in which the food was served were also inconsistent, and the food was delivered to those who came later. However, the people at the store seemed to be used to it (I don't know if it's true or not), and no one complained and just waited patiently. The kitchen seems to be run by an elderly couple (maybe?) and 3 or 4 young people, and on the floor, one woman takes orders, pours water, and serves food. Even during busy hours, the floor is managed by one person, and there is no way the store will turn around because there are a large number of orders. It seems that the reason why the order of serving is different is that rice is made with rice, and noodles are made with noodles. Only fried rice was brought to each table one after another, then noodles and so on. Fried foods were the slowest, and the fried chicken came about an hour after ordering. On top of that, delivery service providers are also coming and going, and it's already an unreasonable situation. As for the taste of the dishes, they are all orthodox. Fried rice is lightly seasoned and has a slight flutter. Fried chicken is also light. I wish the shredded cabbage was a little softer. I asked about the closure at checkout. It seems that the business at this place will end, and it will be reopened in Daigocho (was it?). A shop full of Showa atmosphere. The Showa rules were also practiced near the store, and there was a signboard with scary words written in front of the store. I would like to visit the new store as well.
