Nara, Japan｜Nakamura

The food was unexpectedly delicious. We were a bit hesitant at first as we are not into Indian cuisine. We ordered the pork back ribs, basmati rice, chicken and lamb skewers and horse mackerel sashimi. All were pretty tasty!

What an amazing place. Delicious small dishes perfect with beer. High quality food. We had pickled cucumbers, grilled chicken and lamb skewers, fried tofu with Japanese pepper, grilled and charred but still raw fish and the highlight: an eggplant dish with grated reddish. Awesome!!! But beware, there is no english menu. We managed to order with help of Google translate and mostly because the amazing and friendly staff was very patient with us. Thank you!!!

A lovely restaurant where the staff were very accommodating. The food was amazing and they really made an effort to make us comfortable and helped us select from the menu.
