Nara, Japan｜Kichiri

Our waitress Minagi was the absolute best! Very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The food and cocktails were amazing as well! And the atmosphere was lovely! A must try in Nara!

I used it with my children. It was a weekday night, but I wanted a private room, so I made a reservation before visiting. The inside of the store is quite large. And it's dark. It has a great atmosphere and is suitable for adults. Take off your shoes at the entrance and enter the store. Private rooms are completely private rooms. Orders can be placed using your smartphone. I ordered whatever I wanted to eat. Ankake fried rice for kids? I was eating a lot of it. They also seemed to like the chijimi. The food was served neither quickly nor late, but the salad took a little longer. All the dishes were delicious. Most of the clerks seemed to be young women, but they were all very pleasant. I believe all credit cards were accepted for payment. I have not confirmed any other cashless transactions. I was traveling that day, but after returning to the hotel, I received a call from the store on my smartphone. It seems that my child left the spoon he used (the one he brought) on top of the tableware after eating. It was already late that day, and I was planning to leave Nara by the time the store opened the next day (5pm), so I asked the store to dispose of it. The female clerk who called me apologized repeatedly and said, ``I'm sorry for not noticing this sooner.'' It's my fault for forgetting this one, so I'm actually sorry about this one!

No matter which one you eat, it will give you a certain level of satisfaction. I was surprised not only by the stylish interior, but also by the care taken in everything from the background music to the food being served. I thought it could be used in any situation, from a date with a loved one to a relaxing dinner. It's hard to throw away any of them, but the ones I recommend are the steak and bagna cauda pictured. It was delicious for both the eyes and the tongue. KICHIRI seems to be everywhere, but the atmosphere and customer service are completely different from store to store. I'll be back!
