It was my first time going there so I read the reviews. I was a little worried when I saw a review about a year or two ago that wasn't very good, but it was resolved as soon as I went. The customer service was very good and the lunch was very delicious. This may have happened in the past, but I can see that efforts have been made to improve it. There were many hot sandwiches on the menu and they all looked delicious. I had a pasta lunch this time, so next time I would like to go eat a hot sandwich.
