Best food experience in Japan so far! We ate exclusively by the chef’s recommendation and every course was stunning, including the sake & drinks. Fresh fish and meat, that chef’s prepares directly in front of you and the mood was generally great, as he is a super nice host 🍶

One of the best authentic local ikzakayas. No English menus but the owner was so kind and tried his best to accommodate foreigners like us. The food was amazing and the menus change everyday as he gets fresh ingredients daily and what he gets depends on what the market has on the particular day. He explained all of these through Google translator so you have an idea of his dedication to service.
