Kyoto, Japan｜Yorozu-Enraku

Quaint little place that serves excellent sashimi, tempura and some of the best agedashi tofu I've had in an Izakaya. Their staff doesn't speak much English but they do try hard to communicate and make you feel welcomed. They even have an English menu but it does not include all the items they serve. Definitely check it out if you're in the neighbourhood!

Great Izakaya in Gion with a broad menu (in English) so plenty of choice including classics and some stuff you don’t see everywhere. We had our hotel make a reservation to ensure we had a table. Would return to try more of the menu!

Delicious sashimi! The staff was really friendly and helped translate the specials of the day. Really enjoyed the yuba salad and yuba chips as well as the sashimi.
