A decent place to enjoy Kyoto local cuisine. The food is authentic and delicious, also a feast to the eyes. The chef and staff can speak English and they explained each dish very patiently. Reservations are required, about one week before should be enough. Strongly recommend!

One the best meals we have had and certainly the best in Japan. Easily booked online via google. The chef owner was lovely and was very hospitable and friendly. Don't be afraid to ask him questions. We upgraded to the wagu beef menu and it was truly amazing! I would recommend everyone to have a meal here. The meal was very reasonable priced.and worth every penny.

Food is great. Staff is friendly and manage to squeeze my family in without reservation. Chef is nice to do some small cooking performance for my kids
